Chronic Wellness Knowledge Base

Welcome to the Chronic Wellness Knowledge Base — a growing resource for people living with autoimmune disease, neurological conditions, chronic pain, fatigue disorders, and other invisible illnesses. While our community has strong roots in MS, this space is not only about one diagnosis. It is being built to support a broader chronic illness community by providing information, validation, and resources that help people feel seen, understood, and less alone.

This knowledge base offers education and support for people living with invisible illness, autoimmune disease, and chronic health conditions, while helping visitors better understand the realities of symptoms that are often unseen.

In short, a growing knowledge base for invisible illness.

More Than One Diagnosis

Invisible illness is a broad and deeply personal experience. Many conditions may not be obvious from the outside, yet still affect energy, mobility, pain, cognition, work, relationships, and daily life in significant ways. Our goal is to create a knowledge base that reflects that reality — one that recognizes there are many different diagnoses, symptoms, and journeys within the chronic illness community.

Explore Conditions

We are building this resource library over time, starting with some of the most commonly recognized and frequently searched invisible illnesses and autoimmune conditions. These may include multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, POTS, endometriosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, migraine disorders, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Hashimoto’s disease, and other chronic conditions that deserve greater awareness and understanding.

A Growing Resource for the Chronic Illness Community

There are far more invisible and autoimmune illnesses than any one page can capture, and we know this library will continue to grow. We are expanding it thoughtfully to include more conditions, more lived experiences, and more useful resources as we go. If you do not yet see your diagnosis represented here, please know that you are not outside this community — this space was created for you, too.

Don’t see your condition yet?

Our knowledge base is growing. We are continuing to add conditions, resources, and lived-experience content to better reflect the full chronic illness community.
