Permission to Use Content
By submitting your story, you grant Chronic Wellness and its associated entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, modify, publish, and otherwise exploit the content ("Submission") in any medium, including but not limited to the website, social media, promotional materials, newsletters, and other digital or print platforms.
Use of Name and Images
If you choose to include your name and/or any images with your Submission, you grant Chronic Wellness permission to use your name (as entered) and any images provided in connection with the use of your Submission. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the Chronic Wellness website and related platforms.
Accuracy and Originality
You represent and warrant that the Submission is your original work, that you have the right to grant the permissions stated in these terms, and that your Submission does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
Privacy Considerations
While Chronic Wellness may use your name and images as provided, we respect your privacy. If you wish to submit anonymously or have specific privacy preferences, please indicate this clearly at the time of submission.
Editorial Rights
Chronic Wellness reserves the right to edit, adapt, or decline your Submission for any reason. Edits may include grammatical corrections, modifications for length, or adjustments for clarity and alignment with our platform’s tone and goals.
No Compensation
Submitting your story is voluntary, and no compensation or payment will be provided for your Submission or its use.
Removal Requests
If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your Submission after it has been published, please contact us at support@chronicwellness.ca. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, content already disseminated or published may not be fully retractable.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronic Wellness, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your Submission or any breach of these terms.
Amendments
Chronic Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Submit" or providing your story and/or accompanying materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
